Go to Appearance > Menus.

The main Menu listing does not reflect the order of pages in the Mega Menu. If you make changes to the menu, click Save and then:

  1. Hover over the Top Level menu item and click the Mega Menu settings button.
  2. Drag any new pages into the column where they belong, or reorder pages here. Any pages added in the main Menu editor will be placed in a new row until you drag them into place.
  3. Click Save Changes.
