Redirects

If you change a url/permalink for a page, the Redirection plugin should automatically create, or prompt you to create, a redirect to ensure there is no 404 error. You can check to make sure this happens, or change or create a redirect on your own, under Tools > Redirection. You can see other redirects there to instruct you on how they work.

Keep in mind that you can change a page title without changing the url. It is best to minimize the number of redirects on your website.
